Hypnotherapy is the quickest, most effective way of stopping smoking because it addresses all of the subconscious issues that have not previously been addressed by other methods. By doing this, it will literally get to the bottom of all the issues that keep you smoking.
People often say that to stop smoking you have to have willpower. This is only true if you are battling with your conscious thoughts. during hypnotherapy you will by-pass these and be dealing directly with you subconscious - the part of you that directs everything you do every day - making the whole process easier and quicker than trying to stop smoking with other methods.
However, hypnotherapy is not the only way to stop, and if you prefer the other methods I use - NLP , CBT Counselling and Coaching/Mentoring, these can all be used in combination to get the results you want, because ultimately what will work for you is the method you feel most comfortable with.
